This 2-day onsite program gives your team the skills, tools, and confidence to turn career fairs into real hires. Over 10.5 hours of training, we’ll cover: -Building a recruiting strategy that actually works. -Mastering outreach before, during, and after the fair. -Elevating your brand presence so students want to engage. -Running efficient interviews and candidate follow-up. -Completing a capstone project that ties it all together. Each participant also receives a copy of the Campus Recruiting Playbook and the Addendum, providing a step-by-step framework and ready-to-use templates. Investment: $5,000 (up to 10 participants, onsite). Travel costs are billed separately.
