With more than two decades of experience across sales, recruiting, and leadership, Larry Martin brings a practical, people-centered approach to every room he enters. His career spans top-performing sales roles, talent acquisition leadership, and workforce development—always grounded in discipline, execution, and long-term results.
Larry is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Liberty University, holding a B.S. in Criminal Justice/Psychology and a Master’s in Business with a focus on Executive Leadership. He has completed advanced sales training through Florida State University’s Sales Institute as well as leadership development coursework at William & Mary’s School of Education. In addition to his work in sales and recruiting, Larry is also a licensed mortgage professional, having previously held mortgage licenses in 13 states, giving him a unique, real-world perspective on finance, compliance, and client trust.
Larry’s early career was defined by top-tier sales performance, earning national recognition across multiple Fortune 500 companies, including #1 at Champion Homes (Q1 2001) and #2 at Oakwood Homes (1999) and top in sales and sales management at Countrywide's Full Spectrum Lending. That same drive carried into recruiting, where he built programs, coached teams, and personally placed more than 60 professionals—54 of them engineers—in just two years at his most recent place of employment.
Today, as the founder of Relentless Coaching & Consulting, Larry leads a growing family of brands designed to help people strengthen every area of their lives — academically, professionally, physically, and spiritually. His divisions — Relentless Prep, Relentless U, Relentless Transition, Relentless Recruiting, Relentless Sales, and Relentless Reconstruction — provide practical tools, proven playbooks, and purpose-driven strategies that move people from potential to performance.
Through Relentless Reconstruction—Larry now pours his experience into helping men rebuild their body, mind, and spirit. A 44-year weight-training veteran and lifelong student of discipline, he believes strength means nothing without purpose, and success means little without service.
