About Me
Speaker | Author | Educator | Leadership Strategist
For more than three decades, my career has been driven by one simple mission: helping people move from where they are to where they were created to be.
That mission has taken me through nationally recognized sales organizations, executive recruiting, leadership development, workforce preparation, higher education, ministry, and authorship. While the industries have changed over the years, the purpose has remained remarkably consistent: building people, strengthening organizations, and creating practical systems that produce lasting results.
Today, I serve as the founder of Relentless Coaching & Consulting, an educational organization dedicated to equipping students, professionals, organizations, churches, and ministries with practical learning platforms that inspire growth and transformation. To date, I have authored 46 published books, playbooks, study guides, journals, and educational resources covering leadership, sales, recruiting, career development, volunteer ministry, and biblical discipleship.
My academic journey reflects the same passion for learning that has shaped my professional life. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Psychology, graduating Magna Cum Laude, followed by a Master's in Business with an emphasis in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. After completing my MBA, I continued my graduate education through Liberty University's School of Law, completing advanced coursework in American Legal Studies before stepping away during a challenging season in my personal life. I've also completed advanced sales training through Florida State University's Sales Institute and leadership development coursework through William & Mary's School of Education.
Professionally, I've been blessed to earn national recognition in multiple sales and sales management roles, developed recruiting programs for organizations with a nationwide footprint, and most recently, I designed and implemented a campus recruiting program that helped me recruit more than 60 professionals—including 54 engineers—in a two-year period. Those experiences became the foundation for the educational systems, leadership frameworks, and practical resources I develop today.
Yet writing has never been the destination.
My greatest passion is standing in front of people and helping them discover what I've spent a lifetime learning—that purpose can be rediscovered, failure does not have to define the future, and lasting transformation is possible for anyone willing to embrace the journey.
Everything I create is built upon three enduring convictions:
-
Know Your Why.
-
Failure Is Never Fatal Unless It's Final.
-
Stay With the Pain.
Whether I'm speaking to students preparing for the future, organizations developing leaders, churches equipping volunteers, or individuals rebuilding their lives, my desire remains the same:
To teach truth, ignite purpose, and transform lives.
