About Me
Speaker | Author | Educator | Leadership Strategist
For more than three decades, my work has revolved around one question: How do we help people become what they were created to become?
That question has followed me through nationally recognized sales organizations, executive recruiting, leadership development, higher education, ministry, authorship, and some of the greatest successes—and most painful failures—of my own life.
Today, it drives everything we do at Relentless Coaching & Consulting: creating practical resources that help people discover truth, understand their purpose, and put both into practice.
Teaching Truth. Igniting Purpose. Transforming Lives.

THE JOURNEY
Credentials tell part of the story. The journey explains why I do what I do.

My résumé tells a story of education, achievement, leadership, and success. My life tells a more complicated story.
I have experienced extraordinary victories, but I have also walked through bankruptcy, divorce, personal failure, and the loss of my son. There were seasons when the identity I had built around being a husband, father, provider, and professional seemed to disappear almost overnight. I learned firsthand what it feels like to lose your direction—and to wonder whether the life in front of you still has purpose.
Those experiences changed the way I lead, teach, write, and serve. I no longer believe transformation is something we merely talk about. Sometimes life has to be rebuilt one decision, one truth, and one faithful step at a time.
That journey is why Relentless has become more than something I do. It is deeply personal.
